dde-file-manager open with (vim) issue

I am trying out Deepin and like it, however I ran into a behavior from the Deepin File Manager (open with) contextual menu operation. When I choose "Vim" to open any selected file from within the file manager app... Vim appears to be doing an rcp call and it displays an unknown IP address... vim just hangs and I have to close the terminal window.

I am not familiar with !rcp and not sure if its an issue with Deepin File Manager passing a bad argument to vim or if there is something I can configure in .vimrc to resolve the issue?
