Well, I think that these are just the drivers anyone with an intel graphic chipset is using. If you follow the download link in the website you mention, you simply find the updated versions of packages already in arch: alas the versions of Mesa and i810 driver in arch are out of date, due to the general problems with xorg 7.1 as a whole. Concerning the kernel modules, those are the development versions of what is already inside the linux kernel. Or am I missing something?
