Appindicator in Gnome Shell for variety

Hi, I've installed variety but I can't seem to get it's appindicator icon to showup in Gnome.

It have this extension installed https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/ … r-support/, and a couple of apps show app icons there  but now variety.

Any tips for me?

I am using an extension called top icons plus and it's working well for me.
