Sound interference after installing new graphics card

Hello hive mind,

I've switched an Nvidia GTX 950 for a Radeon RX 580 and now have a buzzing/humming/crackling sound in 3D games which sounds like an interference. Sound is generated by pulseaudio via the motherboards internal soundchip, which uses hda-intel. The new graphics card also uses this driver, so I tried this

options snd_hda_intel power_save=0
options snd-hda-intel enable=1,0,0

in a config file in /etc/modprobe.d.

This worked as far as the HDMI sound device of the graphics card is no longer visible in pavucontrol or alsamixer, but the interference is still there. It is not a hardware problem, because it is a dual boot machine and there is no problem when booting Windows 10.

Any ideas?
