iwlwifi bug and may be freezing my laptop

Hey ! I have a new ASUS laptop. I installed archlinux in dual boot with windows. I have been having slow and inconsistant wifi for a while and also got some very small freeze from time to time. I decided to take a look at it but I didn't find any solution online. I've not been posting in these kind of forum for a while and I'm not sure about the way to do it. I'm adding some output of few commands that may be useful.
I'm quite desperate... I've tried all the things I could find on archlinux iwlwifi page and on anything I could find on the internet and nothing works. I wanna cry :'( ... I have a VERY slow connection and I don't know what to do about it... I believe it's a firmware problem but I'm not sure.

Update 2 : Ok so it's only not working when I'm at work using enterprise wpa network. At home, no problem even if I'm connected with my bluetooth headset. I just realise that I'm using 5.520 frequence in the last update of this post so it's not a problem with a bluetooth/wifi interference as bluetooth is using 2.4Ghz frequences. I wonder why enterprise network makes it bug... It's really weird

Re: iwlwifi bug and may be freezing my laptop

I seem to be having the same or very similar issue. It wasn't present on Kubuntu 19.04 which I was using before, but it is on Kubuntu 19.10 and current fully updated, newly installed Arch. I'm not sure if it's the driver or firmware causing the issue, but it produces plenty of hangouts and WiFi connection drops. I'm quite sure it is related to WiFi as it started to occur on my Arch system just after I managed to connect to WiFi, but was not present when I was using Ethernet connection before.

I'm connecting to my home WiFi 5Ghz protected with WPA2 Personal.

Any hints? Maybe we should perform a downgrade? Or is it a known kernel bug?

"... being a Linux user is sort of like living in a house inhabited by a large family of carpenters and architects. Every morning when you wake up, the house is a little different. Maybe there is a new turret, or some walls have moved. Or perhaps someone has temporarily removed the floor under your bed."
