Recently I've been unable to install any packages using yay off of the aur because of an error

I don't really know why this issue is occurring, because when I search online I only get docker related issues. That being said, I did recently install docker to try to learn it, so maybe there's and issue related to that? I can post any information about my system that is necessary to help!
EDIT: I noticed that yarn seems to have stopped working as well. It just sits on, "There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying...", even though my network connection seems to be fine.

I realized that I disabled the privoxy service without removing the environment variable http_proxy="http://localhost:8118". After cleaning that up, everything works fine.
