Tracktion 7 is stuck at Splash Screen

Hi All,

I am currently trying to get Tracktion 7 (the free version) running on Arch. I managed to create a package from the offered .deb file, and I can even successfully start the application (meaning there are no errors displayed). However, upon first startup, there is the license agreement that must be validated before that actual program window appears.

The problem I have is that the license is displayed, and I can even scroll through the text, but I cannot agree to (or reject) the license terms. In fact, I cannot even close the window by clicking on the X in the top right corner.

Has anybody of you experienced the same? Did you find a workaround? Apparently the application is based on the JUCE framework. Don't know if that will help in tracking this issue down.

Did you ever get this fixed? I'm stuck with the same problem... one clue I've found is an error message when I start Tracktion from the shell:
