Can't paste file on guest arch-linux from windows (open-vm-tools)

I've installed a new virtual machine with arch-linux 2018 with gnome Versione 3.30.2 + open-vm-tools; everything works (fit to guest, drag and drop e copy to host), but I can't copy a file to the linux guest; the paste option in the contextual menu is not active, even if I run vmware-user-suid-wrapper, as I did in the 2017 version of arch linux. Any ideas? Thank you and happy Christmas.
