[Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

Hi! Lately I installed my nVidia drivers for my graphics card and the drivers were working so well with MATE. When I tried to login to Cinnamon, the computer froze and I was forced to shutdown my laptop via the shutdown button of my laptop. When I turned my laptop on again, it gave me this message: " depedency failed for /home" and "You are in emergency mode". I would like to know how to fix this problem.
P.S: I didn't know where to put this topic, so if I did put it wrong, sorry.

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

Please, post /etc/fstab listing and `$ sudo journalctl -b` output if you can.

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

# Static information about the filesystems.
# See fstab(5) for details.

# <filesystem> <dir> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
# /dev/sda1
UUID=e887d6e5-ed9d-45bc-abc4-69864695d5ce	/               ext4	        rw,relatime	0 1

# /dev/sda3
UUID=64a7a613-4ff3-4dfc-adae-93557a9b6238	/home	ext4	        rw,relatime	      0 2

UUID=27c37a30-e433-461d-96f1-c36995a557f3	none	swap	defaults	0 0

My /etc/fstab

I wrote exactly as fstab was, but I don't know how to post my journalctl. Any help?

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

Can boot normally into your system pressing Ctrl+D, when the error is displayed?

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

@v._ahmeti, please post 'lsblk -f' output or just check that UUID of /dev/sda3 partition in lsblk output matches one in fstab.
You can save journal listing with 'sudo journalctl -b > journal.txt' and then post journal.txt content.
Also you can try to comment following string in your fstab file and login as root:

...
# /dev/sda3
#UUID=64a7a613-4ff3-4dfc-adae-93557a9b6238	/home	ext4	        rw,relatime	      0 2
...

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

Hey, sorry for not replying I was looking some fixes, and the command that worked for me was fsck -f with /dev/sda3. Thank you all so much for replying.

Re: [Solved] Arch Linux booting in emergency mode.

@v._ahmeti, good for you. But it seems strange, because according to Arch Wiki:
The Arch Linux boot process conveniently takes care of the fsck procedure for you and will check all relevant partitions on your drive(s) automatically on every boot.
