Corrupt screen and missing window decoration when using xgl

Hi,

Just tried getting XGL to run with GNOME following the instructions on the wiki.  All is running but I get corruption on the screen and I am missing all window decorations even though gnome-window-deco is running fine.

Can find anything on the forums that looks like this problem so any pointers would be great.  Using the Nvidia prop drivers and lastest xorg from the repos.
