[Solved] Roccat kova issues

I just had my roccat kova shipped to me, I'm not sure whether it's the 2016 or plus. I did however try both software packages in the AUR and I made sure to install roccat-dkms.

Every time I start the software I get this error https://imgur.com/a/E6ds4Jc

I tried:

$ sudo chmod 775 /dev/hidraw0

I tried finding a solution on duckduckgo

I tried to figure out how to run the program as root (couldn't)

I contemplated placing the roccat module in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf like i did for my amdgpu and I was too afraid to bork my arch install. Is this something I could do safely? Has anyone else had this problem? Any other ideas on how to fix this?

So reaching out to other members in the community helped me. Idk what solved it but in total I ran:
sudo gpasswd --add user roccat
sudo gpasswd --add user inputs
sudo pacman -S kdesu
reboot and problem gone.
