Sorry to sound stupid, but I've seen this all over the forum and have somehow managed to not know what it is, or be able to find out.
So...
What is this 'beyond' thing?!!??!
Is it specific to Arch (it seems to be)?
Where do I find some more info about it?

Looks like beyond need some more press. There are obviously many people who have no idea what beyond is. Even I happened to know about beyond just by an accident.. I lucky one;-)
