Kernel panic - Not syncing: No working init found. (Sometimes)

I am often receiving "no working init found" kernel panic when booting into the system. However it doesn't happens everytime. I have to force off and power on few times to get in the system. Seems like a hardware issue, but I hope its not. To confirm this, can anybody guide me through the process of the confirmation or fix?

Here's the log I captured via boot debug parameter:

Welcome to the boards, please post only links or thumbnails to images https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … s_and_code

These errors don't immediately show something that could really be the case.

Best would probably to have a live disk handy, and run a memtest, if that doesn't turn up any errors check/test your hard disk   using SMART and post the output of smartctl -a after having executed a long test. however if you are unlucky you might also have some power related issue.

Did you notice any errors during normal operation? FWIW the timer messages in the stack trace read somewhat reminiscent of this thread however the issue discussed there should be fixed. Another thing that might potentially be contributing and generally harmless, are you using persistent block device naming consequently in your boot loader and fstab?
