[solved] problem with highlighting in vim Termdebug

I have a problem with highlighting of current line in Source window while debugging. Debug highlighting is absent at all. I have tried

hi debugPC term=reverse ctermbg=darkblue guibg=darkblue

No results.
First time I have run Termdebug without `hi debugPC` specifying and highlighting was present, but it was hard to distinguish red text on blue background. So I have tried to change it and highlighting disappear. Then I have removed all `hi debugPC` strings from .vimrc, but highlighting doesn't appear. It looks like magic.

Re: [solved] problem with highlighting in vim Termdebug

This probably relates more to your colorscheme and VTE in action than to termdebug.
Also "ctermbg" is best set to the color index (ie. a number)

Re: [solved] problem with highlighting in vim Termdebug

I have tried set ctermbg=4 and launch vim via xterm. Result is the same. My vim color scheme (gruvbox) doesn't have debugPC entries.

What's the output for ":hi debugPC" (in vim, of course)?

Re: [solved] problem with highlighting in vim Termdebug

:hi debugPC
debugPC xxx cleared

seth, thanks for right direction of thinking. I have added `hi debugPC term=reverse ctermbg=4 guibg=darkblue` to the end of gruvbox.vim and it is working now.
Obviously, color scheme do things equivalent to `hi * term=NONE ctermbg=NONE guibg=NONE`.
UPD: Yes, colorscheme do `hi clear` at the beginning of script.
