perf top - Failed to mmap with 12 (Cannot allocate memory)

1GB RAM
I suspect that this error is closely related to systemd 240 and its new hardcore limits (RLIMIT_NOFILE).
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/comm … 116315a7df

How to diagnose it (downgrade to 239, currently in version 241).
Previously, the perf worked fine.

EDIT:
Too hastily blamed systemd.
I checked under an older version of the kernel and the perf top works fine (with new systemd limits).
The topic can be closed. I have to wait for the patch in the kernel.

EDIT2:
Yesterday's patches fix the error. Probably soon they will be in 4.20.

Please don't delete it. I had the same problem and this topic helped.
