Custom Kernel Mkinitcpio "ERROR: module not found: 'nvidia'"

Hi,
when I try to make a custom kernel for a desktop with nvidia drivers, I get "ERROR: module not found: 'nvidia'" at the generation of the initramfs with mkinitcpio.
The solution is probably trivial, but I don't get it.

I read the english and german articles on the topic and followed this guide
It would be also helpful, if someone could explain what to look out for with the compilation of a custom kernel and the nvidia drivers or could send a link where it is explained.

Thanks in advance! smile

See this *very* recent topic on essentially the same question:
