[Solved] tint2 no "opacity", always transparent? [cause:colour value?]

Hello, lately i've been having struggles with getting anything other then full (100%) transparency on my tint2 panel.
I use compton for compositing, and my enviroment is Openbox.

I have used the tint2config tool, aswell as trying to input the opacity numbers manually,
nothing seems to make any difference. is there a setting or logic i am missing here?

I am thankful for any tip in the right direction!

Here is the tint2 config as of right now:

[Solved]

It seems to work as expected again if i set any other colour-value then #000000 which the tool made me believe should be pitch black?
I swear it worked like this before though, sometime a year ago when i had tint2 last.
