I don't see the difference between 4.20.11.arch1-1 and 4.20.11.arch2-1

I looked to the git log of the linux package and it showed this renamed version but what is the difference between them?

Check the source repo: https://git.archlinux.org/linux.git

There will be one or more patches committed between arch1 and arch2
