hi. Check for hid-elan and elan_i2c whether in use as your kernel toucpad driver. If so play them eg remove them then load them manually check for dmesg after load.
Even further blacklist them and use generic driver eg. psmouse
Just suggest.
my synaptics brand toucpad use psmouse with no problem.

Firstly, tks for unixman 's reply.
My problem has been solved.
I think the reason about kernel can't detect touchpad is I turned off touchpad on the keyboard.
When I get into Windows, turn on the touchpad by Fn+f7 and reboot into Arch, the problem just solved.
