ThinkPad X250 Finger print sensor recgnized but not working

Edit 2:
I did remove libfprint & reinstalled again but same issue
used Archbang live usb and it works like manjaro did


EDIT 1:
Manjaro Live USB works fine and verify succeeds
Windows 10 Fingerprint works also
tried to add my user to groups ( input,plugdev,tty) but same issue

I have Vanilla arch install on Thinkpad X250 and every thing works except for Finger print ( 138a:0017 ) vfs 5011

when i do enroll it succeeds

but when try to use it it fails

Using device /net/reactivated/Fprint/Device/0
Listing enrolled fingers:
- #0: right-index-finger
Verify result: verify-no-match (done)

how can I fix that
Using arch linux with all updates

[dr3mro@X250 ~]$ pacman -Ss fprint
extra/fprintd 0.8.1-2 (fprint) [installed]
    D-Bus service to access fingerprint readers
extra/libfprint 0.99.0+1+ga1e46de-1 (fprint) [installed]
    Library for fingerprint readers
