The Audio...
I have a notebook with an hdmi tv, I wanted to be able to choose which applications come out on TV and which ones on my phone. I can do this with VLC but not with the other applications.
Example, the Discord only appears when I change the default output, just like the hdmi appears if the standard output is HDMI.
I also install pavucontrol and other apps, but nothing work to me

If the terminal scares you, you can also install paprefs and set the multiple output. I believe it was the last tab.
Then you should be able to set any output to the newly created combined output. At least with pavucontrol.
