HP Chromebook 11 G4 (kip) one specific hotkey does not work

I have installed arch in my HP Chromebook 11 G4 after I have flashed a custom EFI firmware from MrChromebox.
I have installed xkeyboard-config and enabled chromebook keyboard model as https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ch … figuration stated.

For the result, all the hotkeys are functional except for Brightness Down. When checking with xev, it returns:

KeyPress event, serial 35, synthetic NO, window 0x3400001,
    root 0x110, subw 0x0, time 1487942, (-60,3), root:(534,317),
    state 0x0, keycode 72 (keysym 0x1008ff03, XF86MonBrightnessDown), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False

KeyRelease event, serial 38, synthetic NO, window 0x3400001,
    root 0x110, subw 0x0, time 1488041, (-60,3), root:(534,317),
    state 0x0, keycode 72 (keysym 0x1008ff03, XF86MonBrightnessDown), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False

instead of other functional hotkeys that do their job as usual instead of returning keycodes in xev.

Does anyone know a possible solution? Is there logs or anything that I can provide? Thanks for helping. big_smile
