Hey..
I tried installing the Numix Theme for Mate which did sort of work. But of course Numix needs the req. Icon Theme. As far as I understood I need to download the tarball or git clone the Numix circle icon Theme and the Numix icon Theme. Normally the Numix icon Theme should be installed within the Installation process of the circle icon Theme because of its dependency.
Unfortunately makepkg throws the error that pacman cant find the target Numix icon Theme which is not surprising due to the fact that the Numix icon Theme is in the aur.. So I installed the Numix icon Theme by git clone and makepkg and tried the Installation of Numix circle icon Theme again but it doesnt seem to find the Numix icon Theme hence it is still trying to download it as a runtime dependency.
Im a bit confused now. Ive searched the beginner Installation guide for any thing ive potentially been missing out but couldnt find anything.
Im kinda stuck right now and would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you very much!
