KeePassXC autotype shortcut not working in GNOME terminal

Hey,
I recently switched from KDE to GNOME (trying things out). In KDE, KeePassXC was configured with a shortcut for autotype and I could use that shortcut to fill in usernames, passwords and also ssh keyfile passwords from the terminal. But now, using GNOME and the GNOME terminal (because it matches the theme...) the shortcut does not work anymore. In every other application it works - just not in the terminal. Probably because the terminal will try to interpret the shortcut in the in the shell?! I tried to create a global shortcut, the problem is that XC doesn't has a command (as far as I know) to initialize AutoType (like normal KeePass). I couldn't find anything helpful on the internet. Does somebody know which setting could help?

+1 Same here. Edit: Seems that running Gnome/Wayland is somehow causing this. I fixed it by logging out at selecting 'Gnome on Xorg' before logging in again. Wayland... no thanks.

the problem is that XC doesn't has a command (as far as I know) to initialize AutoType (like normal KeePass).

Global Autotype in KeePassXC: Tools > Settings > Auto-Type > Global Auto-Type Shortcut

Try using an alternative shortcut, maybe your current shortcut is used by the Gnome Terminal itself.
