Chromium context menu occassionally dissapears

Is this Wayland? Is Chromimum running in XWayland or pure Wayland? If, Wayland - does the same issue manifest on X? Also, is this the Chromimum version with hardware acceleration VA-API enabled? Do you get different behavior if you disable VA-API? Are you using modesetting or intel driver? Is this recent behavior? If so when did it present itself? After a specific update? Does removing the flag "--force-device-scale-factor=1.5" make any difference?
