Hi! I have installed Linux lts package and removed traditional Linux package and didn't upgrade grub, so can't boot now. How can I boot my system?
Ps I am used to apt which automatically upgrades grub.

Boot the live ISO image, mount all of your partitions then (arch-)chroot in and reconfigure GRUB as per the wiki instructions.

Or just enter the appropriate boot settings in the grub command prompt. Then update your configs once in.

That is really a function of how you installed it. It is likely the only difference is the name of the kernel.

And the name of the intramfs image as well.
@OP: list the contents of the /boot directory to find the new names.
