[SOLVED] Display Xfce4 menu apps in terminal as a list

I used Xfce4 as my default window manager, but now I switched to spectrwm, because I'm low on memory resources when I run any browser.
But now I don't remember all names of installed apps, especially in menu, and some of them had options when started from Xfce4 menu.

Now I want to display all Xfce4 menu apps (with all sub-menus) in terminal as a list (name of app and command with opiton(s), if applicable) and redirect output to text file (this part of task is simple). How to do that?

I couldn't find suitable Xfce4 app to do this, nor any configuration file which include list of this apps in menu. Where is stored information about applications in menu, sub-menus, etc. ?

Write your own script to parse all of the *.desktop files.
