[SOLVED] fstab not mounting ext4 partition automatically

I currently have a partition (/dev/sda6) in my fstab which is formatted correctly, well as far as I'm aware anyway.

/etc/fstab wrote:

UUID=dc1fb7c6-950a-4371-9013-4b258475575b    /mnt/stg    ext4        rw,realtime    0 2

I can mount it perfectly fine using the mount command,

sudo mount /dev/sda6 /mnt/stg

however when trying to mount after boot using sudo mount -a I get thrown the error

mount: /mnt/stg: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda6, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.

I don't have the slightest clue why its not working when I try to mount it from fstab, any tips would be much appreciated. Here are the outputs of a couple of commands which might be of use:

$ lsblk -f
NAME   FSTYPE LABEL UUID                                 FSAVAIL FSUSE% MOUNTPOINT
sda
├─sda1 ext4         39620f5e-8b48-42c0-ada9-c9e77ed6c56e   12.7G    85% /home
├─sda2 ext4         ccb26220-6021-4928-83c4-3b46efdb74a2   12.6G    63% /
├─sda3 swap         50b79aa1-61b3-4ebe-b691-fb0370885a56                [SWAP]
├─sda4 ext4         b6c2e817-7d84-4c92-871e-07c167218c96
├─sda5 vfat         2454-23FD                             193.4M    23% /boot
└─sda6 ext4         dc1fb7c6-950a-4371-9013-4b258475575b

$ sudo fsck /dev/sda6
fsck from util-linux 2.33.1
e2fsck 1.45.0 (6-Mar-2019)
/dev/sda6: clean, 227129/18898944 files, 48681601/75575552 blocks

Re: [SOLVED] fstab not mounting ext4 partition automatically

It's relatime, not realtime.
Also please use code tags instead of quote tags for output.

Welcome to the boards IrregularWombat

Please post outputs in [ code ] not [ quote ] tags

The option is called  relatime not realtime.

Ah thank you very much, I did not see that. Also sorry I will use the [ code ] tag next time.
