Hi all,
I'm running Arch on an Optimus laptop with Bumblebee + NVIDIA drivers (So running games etc. via `optirun`)
My HDMI is wired through discrete graphics, which has meant I'm bound to a single monitor (Not great for work)
I've decided that given I'm always plugged in, and always have an external monitor available, it'd be better to remove dual-graphics and enable discrete graphics full-time.
I was wondering how easy a process this would be - I'm guessing I'd have to uninstall Bumblebee, but past that, I'm clueless.
Thanks.

Check if your bios/uefi firmware has an option to select the nvidia card as primary one.
You would still be using a hybrid graphics setup , but with nvidia as primary card and the integrated one as secondary card.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?

Unfortunately it doesn't. ![]()

To add - if there's a method of enabling discrete graphics when needed (And using something like `autorandr` to enable the external monitor), I'd love to be able to do that

Using Nvidia Optimus instead of bumblebee seems like it may be suitable.
