[solved] Netctl startup time

Hi there,
i've tried searching around for a solution, so if there's already one i owe you some time :\
just enabled a netctl profile , but when i'm not around my home wifi it takes about 20 seconds during boot trying to connect to it
there is an option to tell netctl or systemd a value in seconds for trying to run the service ?
