I'm not sure when it happened but today I noticed it on both my laptop and my homemade PC. I am guessing something broke a few weeks ago.
When I click ALT+F1 or Windows button, the animation does not happen. Instead a black border surrounding the screen appears, and makes it impossible to switch workspaces.
Seeing as my laptop is actually a SurfacePro 4 and my computer was assembled by myself with an Asus motherboard, I can't think of any reason for both machines to break at the same time.
Is anybody else having the same problem?
