This has been an interesting week, I've gone through an entire reinstall of arch leading me back to the same issue, and I've reset my access point at work to factory default settings.
Here's the rub, about every 30 minutes, I've timed it, my connection drops. NM-Applet shows I am still connected, but ping times out, and I usually notice it from my ping indicator in my i3bar.
AS SOON as I click on the NM tray applet, my connection resumes.
At work there are 2 connections, a 2.4 and a 5. This is the same as at home. I have a dynamic IP on both networks.
At work I am so far ONLY connected to the 5ghz network, with no stored profile for the 2.4. I am using Network Manager exclusively, and was using NetCTL on a previous install which was hosed.
I see something in DMESG that looks like it's the root of my issue, or at the least a sympton of it, but I admittedly need another set of eyes to point out whats going on.
