[FIXED] NetworkManager dispatcher script not working.

I am following this guide on the arch wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sy … _a_network on how to set time based on geo-location every time I connect to a network. The problem is the dispatcher gives the following error (via "systemctl status NetworkManager-dispatcher"):

Apr 16 09:22:52 archlinux nm-dispatcher[5916]: find-scripts: Cannot execute '/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/09-timezone': not executable by owner.

I have made sure the script is executable through "sudo chmod -x /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/09-timezone" which still does not correct the error. The only reasonable explanation i have is that for some reason the script is not being run as root.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Sorry forgot to RTFM
