Dell Inspiron 5565: brightness buttons are handled twice

I am Dell Inspiron 5565 owner, and my DE is Xfce on Xorg, but issue presented in other environments too. When I press shortly one of the brightness buttons (which are Fn + F11 and Fn + F12 for me), brightness increments/decrements twice times with about 0.5 sec interval.
