Despite setting a theme, some elements still use "Arc-Dark" theme:

The issue appeared after switching between several DE's, so it's something with config files/dconf/gconf settings, as the problem does not appear for other users. But I couldn't find anything, even scanning the whole home directory for files containing "Arc-Dark". All GTK theming packages are installed.

EDIT: Fixed the issue by removing .gtkrc in home directory. Feel so dumb now.
