It was working before, but I misconfigured something, so Jack connects to the dummy output every time.
I use to start jack:
killall jackd;killall pulseaudio;jackd -R -t 1000 -d alsa -P hw:0,0 -r 48000 -n2 -DAlready tried to delete ~/.jackdrc and ~/.config/jack/conf.xml with no luck.
Also reinstalled the kernel according to this thread https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2309373

Maybe the problem is with your pulseaudio configuration?
