HP-Broadcom WiFi+BT module behaving strangely

So I am running Arch 5.0.10 on an HP laptop with a Broadcom BCM43142A0 WiFi + Bluetooth module. I have this problem where the module only loads up after I suspend the laptop for a while. On initial boot, they show up on lsusb and lspci but the interfaces are not configured and rfkill shows both as unblocked. After I suspend the laptop for a while, it loads fine and I am able to use them fine, provided I dont use both at the same time ie I can only use either WiFi or Bluetooth at a time. Any ideas on how to fix?

Before suspend

lspci -k - https://pastebin.com/RCNGUQnk
lsusb - https://pastebin.com/ppxGUV91
rfkill - https://pastebin.com/6KybqteE

After suspend

lspci -k - https://pastebin.com/s3JxaVpk
lsusb  - https://pastebin.com/7282ptrz
rfkill - https://pastebin.com/KgbjzKmS

This isn't right. This isn't even wrong.
