PHP - missing php.install in CVS; and Q: soap extension

Hello,
the php.install file (mentioned in PKGBUILD, added after last update) is missing from the CVS server.

OTOH, would it be possible to add --enable-soap? I thing webservices are more and more popular, so it would make sense.
