How to make Orca speak?

Hi I wanted to test my web page through Orca screen reader. I have all the latest Gnome installed on fully up-to-date Arch, so I expected this to be ok. I navigated to prefernces > acessibility > screen reader and turned it on. But it doesn't speak. I popped up Orca preferences by Insert + Space, but there seems everything to be fine. What should I do to make Orca speak? Is there some hidden settings for speech volume somewhere? Or am I missing something? Do I need to install something else except Gnome default packages?

If I open a webpage, it scrolls down, but it doesn't say anything now.

Re: How to make Orca speak?

You are probably having an issue with speech dispatcher.  Are you using alsa or pulseaudio for sound?  Check this discussion for information on configuration.
