[Solved] only grub> on startup

I had dual boot with windows 8 for long time, and this week I upgraded to win 10,of course it disappeaed the grub.
I tried to reinstall  grub from live usb os,without success.Next I tried to use bcdedit in the windows command shell, something like that

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\grub\grubx64.efi

.
Now what i've got is grub> shell.
I can boot with

set root=
linux
initrd
boot

and I tried to reinstall grub from inside the arch linux and still without success.
Thanks for everyone who tries to help.

What does this mean exactly?  Just reinstalling the package would not do anything.  You need to configure grub properly.

It's mean

sudo grub-install
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
Installation finished. No error reported.
[noam@Moalem /]$ sudo grub-mkconfig

That is not the command in the wiki.  Did you mount your efi partition?  Did you chroot?
