How to stop the laptop screen from turning off when I closed the lid.

I found that my dell 7730 has a blinking screen problem when it's running on NVIDIA(like nvidia-xrun, optimus-manager). And If I connected the HDMI port and close the laptop lid and keep the external display turning on, the laptop screen will almost blinking (laptop display is not changing between completely on and off)  for several minutes after I opened the lid.
So I think it is better to stop the laptop screen from powering off even the HDMI is connected and the lid is closed when I'm using NVIDIA, but I have no idea about what to do and I found nothing about this on wiki by now.
Could you please tell me how?

Dell Precision 7730 Laptop
VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP104GLM [Quadro P5200 Mobile]
nvidia-418.74-4
linux-5.1.2.arch1-1
plasma-desktop-5.15.5-1
using nvman, bumblebee, primus, and optimus-manager
