Replacement "yaourt -C" (scan config files for changes after update) ?

Hi,

is there a tool, pacman helper or the like, that offers the functionality of "yaourt -C", i.e. the very handy controlling after a system upgrade if

1. configuration files of upgraded programs have changed

2. offering a vimdiff-like interface to edit, suppress or replace those changed files
