How can I avoid an upscaling gui of gtk based apps with HiDPI screen?

Hello friends,

I have got a 10" screen with near fullhd resolution and I have installed the gnome3 desktop environment.
My display scaling is set to 200% by system settings and all apps especially thunderbird are scaled up by 2. How can I avoid this scaling for some apps? For Firefox upscaling is fine but for thunderbird it isn't.

export GDK_SCALE=1

means now the 200% scaling but

export GDK_SCALE=0.5

doesn't work. I can use export

GDK_DPI_SCALE=0.5

but it doesn't downscales the window manager title bar.

Could anybody help me for solving this problem?
