UDH Notebook 2nd monitor

I have a Dell 7730 notebook with a Nvidia P3200 UHD( 3840 x 2160) display.  Desktop is KDE.  I attached a second monitor Dell U2515B (1920x1200).  The intend is to use the second display only for text editing..  When I open a terminal on the second monitor it is about the 3 to 4  times the size it should be. Is there a way to change the "scale" on the second monitor?  Nvidia control panel seem to not be the way to fix this, but it does show the correct resolution for the monitor.  Trying to avoid buying a UHD monitor just for text edits.

Thanks

Read through these resources:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Hi … e_displays (and that whole page in general, for different toolkits depending on your intended application)

Re: UDH Notebook 2nd monitor

Thanks, xrandr was the solution,  This is my first device with a UHD display lots to learn.  I could not get graphics switching to work , between intel 630 and nvida P3200 configured BIOS for nvidia only.  Will revisit later.
