Question: How to make a command run at startup?

Hi, so I recently installed Arch Linux yesterday. But to access the internet I have to use the command " sudo dhcpcd -d" to get it working. I don't want to have to enter that command and my password every time, is there some way to make it so that the command runs at startup every time as root?
