Pitivi issue: crash at transition. Should I fill a bug report?

Hello,
I've been trying to edit videos but Pitivi crashes every time that I try to make a transition.

Found this in the logs, but i don't know how to fix it. Any clue will be really appreciated

When posting error logs, please use \[code\] tags.

GStreamer was updated recently (May 30), but Pitivi was last updated in Dec '18 so it's possible that introduced an incompatibility issue. I don't think Arch lags behind from upstream on Pitivi, so I would contact upstream and ask there.
