[SOLVED] Steam not working with Nvidia when using optimus-manager

I am using a Medion P6661 with a Intel i5-6200U and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M on Kernel 5.1.6-arch1-1-ARCH.

I use optimus-manager to switch between the Nvidia and Intel GPU. So far so good switch works well. I can use both GPUs to run games. I ran a few emulators on the Nvidia GPU and everything seems to be working fine.
Steam is also running fine using the Intel GPU. However when i switch to Nvidia. Will not start any more.

Here are some of the version i am using
nvidia 430.14-7
optimus-manager 1.0-2
steam 1.0.0.61-1
bbswitch 0.8-226

Not sure which other software is relevant here. I tried both switching backends nouveau and bbswitch but same result on both. I have tried Steam native as well the result is the same. When i am running steam in a console while in "Nvidia Mode" i do get the following error message

lib32-nvidia-utils was missing
