Compile firefox with changed default about:config

I would like to redistribute my own firefox version with several changes to default about:config, e.g.

dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled=false

I remember that in ancient Firefox 3 times there was a simple text file with default options, but may I reach this in today's times?

If necessary I may relinquish the official name and logo.
