Since the latest update to ktorrent (5.1.1-2) the information widget doesn't seem to work.
I still have the widget selected in plugins but I don't get any of the tabs for files, peers etc.

ktorrent was updated as part of all the 5.58 to 5.59 updates - Did it last night, 09/06/2019__21:33.
So there was raft of updates done at the same time. There was no errors. Just checked the pacman log and there was no errors in that either or mention of ktorrent plugins.

Yes, but you are not going to find it in the logs. Check the package optdepends.

As you rightly noted I was missing the optional dependency geoip package. Once installed all is OK
