How to switch KeyMap in vconsole ?

Hello,
I struggle with this problem for a few days.

When I set in /etc/vconsole.conf this:

KEYMAP=uk
KEYMAP_TOGGLE=gr

switching keymaps works with combo-keys AltL+ShiftL.

But if I change in /etc/vconsole.conf to this:

KEYMAP=uk
KEYMAP_TOGGLE=sk-qwerty

combo-keys AltL+ShiftL doesn't works anymore. In this case I found new key combo-keys Fn+Pause with that I can switching between keymaps. That is very interesting, when I used command showkey to find key code and explore dumpkeys, I found Fn+Pause combo-keys is equal to AltGr_Lock and when hold this key on keyboard I can write as is was keymap switched.

1. Where are stored informations about which combo-keys switching keymaps ?
2. Can I change combo-keys for switching keymaps to Ctrl+Shift ?

Thanks.
